Jason S. Winkler
Mr. Winkler has been engaged in the insurance litigation practice since admission to the Bar in 1978. He is individually responsible for the defense preparation and trial of bodily injury, property damage and first party property claims which will often involve product liability, structural and mechanical issues. As well, he conducts the prosecution of subrogated actions involving fire cause and origin, environmental, engineering and architectural principles.
