Gregory D. Winter
Since beginning the practice of law, Mr. Winter has been engaged in the defense of workers' compensation and general liability cases and the defense and prosecution of declaratory judgment actions. He also has extensive experience defending Personal Injury cases such as Car Accidents. Motorcycle Accidents and Slip and Falls, to name a few. Mr. Winter has served as counsel to the special mediation committee of the presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church. He is a lecturer for the American Association for Justice and the National Academy of Paralegal Studies at Seton Hall University, as well as a member of the adjunct faculty of the College of Insurance in New York.
